Read or speak to get a full English pronunciation evaluation or English grammar evaluation from the instructor. Get tips on how to practice. Half hour classes work well on skype.

Meet the instructor. Work on the pronunciation rule that you need, such as R, Th, A or I. Or work on grammar, such as speaking in past tense.

Meet with the instructor for half hour or 1 hour each time. Work on the pronunciation and/or grammar that you need most.

Meet regularly with the instructor. Get an English evaluation at the beginning of each week. Work on the pronunciation and grammar that you need. Use the classes to perfect your speaking skills.

Terms of payment

Contact us if you have questions.
Schedule your class, then make the payment when you have an appointment scheduled.

Schedule your hours during our regular instruction times: 8:30am-9:00pm pacific time Monday through Thursday with morning to afternoon hours available on Fridays and Saturdays.  Take your classes according to your own schedule needs: take 1 hour/week for 8 weeks or 2 hours/week for 4 weeks--whatever works for you.

If you need to miss a class, we can reschedule or make up the class during the next week.

Refund policy: We do not give refunds for paid in advance classes . Please use the hourly option if you are unsure of how long you can continue. We will reschedule 2-4 weeks in advance when needed for an emergency or unexpected trip.

Cancellation policy: Lessons must be cancelled 4 hours in advance or you are charged the full cost for the missed hour. Please inform of cancellations by phone or email.

Time limit policy: If you pay for 4 hours, please use these hours within 2 months. If you pay for 8 hours of classes, use these hours within 4 months. If you pay for 12 hours, use these hours within 6 months. If you pay for 18 hours, use these hours within 9 months. These dates allow for a half hour class once a week, so if you are taking one hour or more per week, the limit should be no problem. You can always change your schedule if you need to use up your hours. When the time limit expires, a new payment is needed if you choose to continue.

* Prices reflect the hour as well as extra time that the instructor needs to prepare and communicate by email. If these prices are too much for you, ask the instructor to give you half hour sessions and homework. Read about ways to save money.
