Terms of payment

Schedule your free class first if you are unsure of your skype connection or English goals. Make the payment after you have met the instructor and planned your classes.

Refund policy: We do not give refunds for paid in advance classes. We will reschedule when needed for an emergency or unexpected trip.

Cancellation policy: Lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Please inform of cancellations by email or instant messaging on skype. If you need to miss a class, we can reschedule or make up the class during the next week.

Duration: 3 Month class plans must be completed within 3 months of the purchase date. For the six-month class option, you receive 4 extra weeks or 7 months in total to complete your classes.

Online English courses for free: Discuss your course needs during the first class. You will receive a free subscription to one or more online English courses that we use during the classes. Use the practice pages, videos and quizzes to advance your skills during the training.
