Many people know that India is famous for training people to become workers for foreign companies. India also has it's own outsourcing which takes place within the country. A major Indian company / provides thousands of jobs by supplying temporary workers to businesses. Many of these workers do keep their jobs for several years, though they get low pay and few benefits. The company manages to skirt India's strict labor laws. Many businesses say that these laws are so stringent that they discourage businesses from hiring. Laws include how employees are hired, how much they can be paid, how many hours they can work and whether or not they can be fired. The controversy around this company reflects tensions between the country's socialist past and the burgeoning private sector.
